Columbia Auto Repair

They gave us a 5-star experience from start to finish with all of our car repairs. I have never seen our car run so well after they did the repairs. We cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and care.

Joe and his team at Columbia are my new go-to for any car service or repairs! They were so flexible with accommodating scheduling with rides and the car was ready on time at a reasonable price. The quality of the work was top notch! In addition to Joe and his mechanics, the team at reception like Nancy made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Whether its hub bearings, pigtails, or oil changes, go to Columbia for the big stuff and the little stuff- you won't regret it!

Last week, I found my 2020 Jeep unexpectedly malfunctioning and had to use my Triple A Service and this was one of the first car repair shops that was close to the area. Looking at other reviews made me hopeful; but my personal interaction reiterated that I made the right decision to have my car towed here and later repaired. Mike and Jim answered all of my questions, they were very thorough, professional and I was able to pick my car up within a day and a half. I can't thank them enough for their help and professionalism.

Great group of guys here and they got me in and out. Definitely recommend.

I have had several cars to Columbia Auto repair several times. Several of those cases were for trouble areas i think are more complex than average to diagnose and to repair. Over the course of near a dozen repairs they've done, I've always been happily surprised at how reasonable the repair costs were ... less than i expected based on my experience with other repair shops. On two of those repairs, i had to take the vehicle back because of failed parts. They took it back in right away and fixed it quickly at no additional costs to me. They stand behind their work.
