It's been years since I've been here but while looking up recommendations for family I remembered the very positive experience I had here. Helped me fairly assess the condition of a used car I was buying and was friendly and helpful to everyone involved the whole time. Continued getting service for several years and the 2003 car they okay-ed back then made its way across the country and is still kicking!

Jamco is the best place in St Louis to take your Honda. They took care of my (all manual) Honda Civic 30 years ago, and have serviced my 2005 Honda CRV ever since the warranty expired. My kid still drives that car. I don't know any other shop that is absolutely trustworthy. The first time Don drove the Civic, he asked if I wanted the stupidly stiff shift fixed; (it would have been inexpensive and easy), I laughed because the dealer in Michigan always told me nothing was wrong. There are so many other examples - I tried to schedule a tune-up once, but Nikki (Heather's aunt) said I wouldn't need one for at least another year.

I don’t trust any mechanic like I trust Heather and her crew. She’s never told me wrong, and always works with me to identify the biggest problems and what can wait, to keep things within my budget. She runs the kind of shop we all need; someone reliable and who won’t BS you or tell you something is wrong just to get money out of you. JAMCO is truly one of the city’s gems. Someone else said in a review that Heather is such an icon — can confirm! I also love all the funny comics and stuff she has posted around the shop. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

These guys are amazing! Extremely fast and unbelievably knowledgable. They were able to have my problem diagnosed and resolved within 24 hours, and also let me know what maintenance should be done in the near future based off of what they noticed with my vehicle. Could not be happier with these guys.

This business is phenomenal! From the moment I walked in I felt taken care of. First you talk with Heather, who is not only knowledgeable but also direct and efficient (while being kind), then onto Don who is also no nonsense and who knows these cars from top to bottom. The prices quoted for maintenance on my S2000 were much less expensive than my Honda dealership, which is to be expected. What makes this shop different than other Honda dealer service shops, is that I know I can trust these folks to maintain and repair my car(s) correctly.
