Porsche St. Louis Service Center

The Parts AND Service depts. at Porsche St. Louis are second to none. You would like to go on vacation here. The staff is nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I trust them completely with my car. This is my 4th Porsche I've had from Porsche St. Louis. You know when you call them, you will be treated right, you know that they will take care of the car. You can depend on it. I got a flat tire about a month ago. Roadside Service arrived in 10 minutes. I called Jeff in Service. It was about 10:30 am. He had a new tire IN STOCK. Mark the Parts mgr. is excellent. They took my car right after I arrived in the tow truck. New tire put on, test-driven and cleaned. I was home …

Excellent service department! Easy to schedule online. Prompt intake and provision of loaner car. Very nice, modern facility with impressive service bays. Service technician takes video of any significant finding for your review too! Car was clean and ready for pickup at the time they promised. No reason to go anywhere else.

I have taken my Macan here for service since I bought it in 2018. I have always had a great experience. Their service is always personal, professional, and courteous. Whether I get a loaner car or wait in the lounge, they make sure that I'm comfortable. My two favorite things are the big glass wall in the customer lounge, so I can watch them working on my car, and the inspection video they text to me after work is done. Great value for the money, and the peace of mind that the job is being done correctly is priceless.

The service team is committed to excellence. Our expectations have been exceeded several times that we had service done here. Nobody asked me to do a review and I am just doing this because it is rare to find a team so dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations. Vehicles these days are not as straightforward as they were back in the old days. If you’re looking for honest service with excellent results, I don’t recommend going anywhere else but here. Stephanie and Chad were fantastic.

Great experience. Had to take my car in for recall service. Everyone was very courteous. Jeff was my service contact and he could not have been more friendly or more helpful. And the garage are must be seen to be believed. It’s clean enough to hold a dinner party in there! Great job everyone! Keep up the great work!
