Did the state emissions testing relatively quickly. More importantly, they don’t do the “quota” crap Dobbs and other stores do around town and got me in right away. Filled up my washer fluid too. 5/5

I kept feeling like I was being ripped off. Paid 1349.32 for 2 struts to be replaced. They charged me 360 for two hours of labor, 366.15 for each strut and 119.72 for suspension bar. Told me the 49.99 shop fee would come off the total if I chose to have the work done, it did not,and then they charged me $87.31 in taxes. Paid the bill and my vehicle was still making the noise I originally took it in for. Took it back now they want to charge me 600 for Rotors and pads because that is the reason for the noise. It's not the world I hate, the world spin as it should, it's definitely the people in it that make choices with intended malice that I hate. And hate is such a strong word...wha…

When our car decided to start regurgitating water they were very quick to get us in and find the problem. They got the job done in a timely manner and it wasn't extreme pricing! Ty meineke!!! Great service, quick and quality work!

My baby sister and I had an unexpected breakdown on our way home (right before closing time on Monday 2/17). We came across Matt and Lonny at Meineke and explained our situation and let them know that we were from out of town. They were incredibly helpful and compassionate. They made sure my little sister and I waited inside the store until our uber came even though it was 15-20 mins until closing. Their customer service was exceptional, and we really appreciated their kindness and honesty! These guys watched over us and reassured us! We highly recommend MATT or LONNY at this location!!!

The technician called for me to come and see what he thinks is going to be an issue on my fairly new vehicle. I was appreciative of his advice and have set an appointment with my local dealership for diagnostic and repairs.
